Abstract
Many people still think that personality is all about physical appearance of a person. If a person has well-built body and wears smart clothes, it is presumed that he/she has a good personality. This is not a sensible way to presume the quality of a person's personal development. In this book, the authors aimed to lay down theories and practical explanations that regardless of what it is that they have now can develop and evolve; to enlighten the students on how they would be able to prepare and face with confidence the challenges of adolescence period to adulthood by equipping themselves with knowledge of understanding self, building and sustaining relationships and making career decision and; to instill in their mind that regardless of socio-economic status, gender and age desirable winner personality is achievable.

The book has practical discussions on the different aspects of personal development and reflective activities to express the students' personal feelings, sentiments, coping mechanisms and aspirations. It is hoped that this book will help the readers fully appreciate personal development and realize its effect on social and personal relationships and career.
